RACE OFFICE
The Race Office will be located at the lobby below the west stand of the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium (Wisła Krakow Stadium).

Opening hours:
26 April (Friday) 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
27 April (Saturday): 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
28 April (Sunday): 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM

On the day of the race, the Race Office will only be issuing starting kits. Registering for the race or paying the entry fee is not possible on the day of the race.

The Race Office is in charge of the verification process, issuing race kits with start numbers and additional registration.
The Participants must personally collect their respective starting kits. The starting kits will be issued upon presenting a valid ID or passport, as well as a proof of entry fee payment (in the case of unverified participants)

Collecting starting kits on behalf of other persons is only possible upon presenting a signed authorization including the name, surname and ID numbers of the persons authorized and giving authorization, as well as a copy of the authorizing person's ID.

DEPOSIT
Changing rooms and a clothes deposit will be located at the finish line - below the east stand of the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium (Wisła Krakow Stadium), the entrance at Reymana street.
The deposit will collect personal belongings put in bags (supplied by the Organizer). Changing rooms and a clothes deposit will be open on 28 April 2013, between 7 AM and 4 PM. Personal belongings put in bags shall be returned to the Participants upon presenting a starting number. The Organizer is not responsible for lost starting numbers and bags collected by other persons.

STARTING KIT
Upon paying an entry fee all Participants receive a starting kit, including:
- a start number + safety pins
- a T-shirt
- a deposit bag + a bag sticker
- information materials
Additionally:
- free participation in the Pasta Party
- free accommodation
- shower and massage after the race
- energy meal after the race

PACEMAKERS
The Pacemakers will lead the following times:
3:00; 3:15; 3:30; 3:45; 4:00; 4:15; 4:30; 4:45; 5:00

START
The Participants start the race in the following order:
1) athletes in wheelchairs - a special starting zone for athletes in wheelchairs
2) athletes with starting numbers from 1 to 50, followed by the rest of the Participants according to the corrals, as declared in the registration form.

TIMING
For the purposes of time measurement and creating time lists during the 12. Cracovia Marathon an electronic timing system will be used. During the verification process, each Participant will receive a chip attached to his starting number; its proper placement is required in order to participate in the marathon and be listed in the standings at the end of the event.
Only Participants who complete the official course of the marathon within the time limit of 6 hours shall be listed in the standings.
Net time standings
During the 12. Cracovia Marathon all results lists will be based on net times, i.e. the time between crossing the start line and the finish line, except for the first fifty finishers whose results are based on gun time. You do not have to push towards the start line but rather take your position according to your skills. By doing so, we will be able to ensure fair rivalry.

ROUTE
The entire route (1 - 42 km) will be appropriately marked.
The water/food points will be located 5 kilometers apart. The first table will be set with cups of plain water, the second with isotonic drinks and the third with fruit. The tables will be 10 meters apart.
Note: The Organizer will not store or offer Participants their own diet supplements.
The water/food points will be located 5 kilometers apart (the first one: 7.5 kilometers) and will have bowls with fresh water.
The medical assistance points with paramedics will be located 100 meters from each water/food point. The portable toilets will be located next to the medical assistance points.

CHEERING AREAS
Special cheering areas will be available during the During the 12. Cracovia Marathon.
They are prepared by various schools, community centers, musical bands, RMF FM radio or the Krakow Festival Office. After the event all Participants can vote for their favorite cheering area (visit www.cracoviamaraton.pl to vote). We will announce the results on 28 May 2013. Great prizes are waiting!

PARKING SPACE
The parking space will be located by the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium (Wisła Krakow Stadium), the entrance at Reymonta. The parking space is available upon placing a printout of the parking card (download it from www.cracoviamaraton.pl) behind the windshield.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Public transportation will be free for all the verified Participants (between 27 and 28 April 2013 and based on your start number).

EXPO
The 12. Cracovia Marathon Expo will be located below the west stand of the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium (Wisła Krakow Stadium).
